My family was experiencing some electrical issues with our water heater and I had a call out to them for an emergency technician to hopefully come out. Chuck called me back and was extremely kind and explained that they didn't have any emergent technicians at that time. He was so understanding as I started to explain my situation and he walked me through some suggestions of what could be the problem. Because of chuck I was able to figure out that the unit needed to be replaced and I worked with my warranty company to get that taken care of the same day! For residential: Had a 14-50 outlet installed in garage for car charging. Perfect location, perfect work. One note: it was difficult to plug in the charger plug at first, but they came back, put some lube on the prongs and made it work. Highly recommend Precision.
