“Symone was absolutely wonderful! She was professional, kind, and handled a pretty chaotic environment so well. There was a sales rep giving a presentation and blasting music during my appointment, and while demonstrating a product, the rep accidentally burned my scalp. Even though it was completely out of Symone’s control, she was very apologetic and made sure I was okay.

Most importantly, Symone did an amazing job on my hair. I only paid $12 for a cut and style, but I honestly would have gladly paid much more for the service I received. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and was incredibly professional.
