“Brent spent a lot of time with me going over a plan for a ductless mini-split system in our older two-story home. He was available for lots of questions via text and answered promptly. The crew that installed our system was hardworking and nice to be around. They installed four heads in two days. There were some issues with clean-up, which they came back to deal with when called. The heat pump makes an awful squealing noise, which we only hear when in our driveway, and sometimes the units emit a bad smell. I'd say a 4.5 for customer service and a 4 for satisfaction with the project as a whole. We paid $16,500 for four heads and one heat pump.“

“called Mark on Friday as my heat pump stopped working and had to use propane heater to keep house from freezing. Came by after work and fixed the problem explained care and feeding of heat pumps and furnace. He took his time and explained in terms I was able to understand, even though I am sure he would rather be home and relaxing. I now realize there is a lot to understanding a heating system. “I have a home warranty by the name of select home warranty , I was trying to find a HVAC company to service our unit , well the home warranty mentioned J&W but never even have them my info for work to get done , but SHW emailed me saying they dispatched them to our residentwhich was false . I immediately left HSWa message saying how I'm disappointed in HSW service/customer service etc ... Well they sent that message to The co owner Jason which was not directed for his company at all . He called me & we talked for several minutes & even offered to send a tech out as early as tomorrow which was really classy & professional after I talk with SHW supervisors tomorrow to remove my comment/review on J&W's site because my review was directed to the home warranty company only. Again Jason was very professional & ready to take care of our AC unit asap . I will definitely use his service in the near future as well as recommend J&W Heating and Air to friends & family . “Dan came out and walked my project and listened to my concerns. He provided honest feedback and made recommendations based as if it was his home. Eric came out to my house to install a whole house steam humidifier, kept me updated on the progress as well as walked me through the complete operations and maintenance of the system. He cleaned up the site prior to leaving. Eric had a great sense of humor and was open and honest prior to beginning the installation. They offer great customer service at a great price. Will have them service my HVAC system and highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.“
