I took him 2 aftermarket Volkswagen key gobs. He cut the keys and programmed both of them for about a quarter of the cost at a dealership. He was also very courteous and thorough. I forgot to get the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was a life saver! I admittedly had a bit of an attitude while initially, they were busy. It was a frustrating day dealing with the dealership for my car and several lock smiths who weren’t able to help me, but the key man still had great service and was able to do a bit of a complicated job for me.They were kind and got me a new key in no time! Thanks so much!

While traveling, my car keys were lost somewhere between destinations. When I phoned from my lodgings, The Key Man understood my situation and arranged to meet me in long term parking when arrived back at home, on the weekend! A new smart key was made and I was on the road in a half an hour! Because they were so accommodating I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about the car back at home. Thank you Key Man!
