We had a new HVAC system installed by Metal Masters this past August, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From the very first conversation through installation and well beyond, every team member has been incredibly trained, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive. They were thoughtful before the install, meticulous during it, and just as attentive afterward — which meant everything to us, especially coming off the heels of a very poor experience with a different company in Klamath. Our install crew — Will, Adam, and Cade — were exceptional. They were friendly, respectful, and so comfortable to have on site that we actually looked forward to seeing them each day. We joked that they felt like extended family — more like nephews than contractors — and that kind of trust and ease is rare. Throughout the entire install, we felt confident and well cared for. And the system itself? Outstanding. Our Lennox system performs beautifully — whisper quiet, easy to operate, and we’re already seeing lower energy bills. It’s exactly what we hoped for and more. I had my sewer line replaced and Paul was great every step of the way. He was professional and communicated everything very clearly. He was able to get the line replaced within a week of our initial consultation, the price he gave was quite fair, and he got the job done in half a day. He is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of doing business with and I can’t recommend him enough!

Was told from another heating and air company our A/C went out and it is unrepairable and would need a new system. A neighbor recommended Kennedy Fuel, when they came out for a bid on a new system, they asked if I minded them taking a look to see what the issue was. Upon looking into the issue they realized that this could actually be fixed with a simple part. Tom and Bella got us up and running again and stayed an additional 20 minutes to make sure things were running right before they left. To top it off they didn't even charge us for a service call since this whole situation was fixed and they saved us a lot. I anyone should need heating are A/C repair don't even look anywhere else. I will recommended this company to everyone I know. Thanks Tom and Bella! You made our day!!!

Our AC wasn’t working well during the hottest part of July. We called the last company that had worked on it and were told our entire unit would need to be replaced. Someone told us about Dynamic and Les was able to come out right away. He diagnosed that the former company that had worked on it messed up the electrical and it didn’t need to be replaced, simply fix the wiring. He had it up and running within hours.
