Amazing!! We lost the key to our car and were told to get a new ignition with keys and the keys would come programmed, but they didn't. I called several locksmiths and all of them told me we'd have to put the old ignition back on and have them make new keys for that one and it would cost $250-$400 for the keys and programming. Discouraged I called one last place Don's Lock LLC and explained the situation to him. He was very friendly and compassionate about my situation and put me at ease. He told me to come down and make sure the new keys had chips in them and they didn't charge me for that, we found out they did and he sent someone over within 2 hours and programed them...read full review

I had a particularly challenging job that no other locksmiths wanted to tackle - remaking lost keys for a foreign motorcycle from scratch. Other shops wanted me to remove the ignition switch and bring it in to their shop. This would have been a major disassembly job, requiring cutting some components. Don's Lock was able to make me a new set of keys without any disassembly or damage to my bike, and did it for a surprisingly reasonable price. Thank you Don's Lock for saving my butt!

Let me tell you about these guys. I called "AAA" because my battery was dead. They sent a truck out from Don's and it's probably a good half hour drive. Well about 5 minutes before he arrived, I thought I would try and start up the car and it started up. I was so upset because I saw that on the app online, that they had almost arrived and so I called right away to cancel. I said you could still charge me but I don't need the battery started now. They said "oh it's no problem don't worry about it." How nice was that?! I was very concerned for them. it's a lot of gas and time! I'm very grateful and if I ever need help, I know who I'll ask for. I will call and ask for them!
