“We live in an old (1905) house. The plumbing has all been updated, except for the sewer drain line. It became clogged with roots about 15 years ago which required clearing. Yesterday, Jan. 5, I recognized the symptoms of of an impending problem, called the previous drain service company which didn't answer their phone. I left a message with Rotorooter, who called back promptly and scheduled a visit yesterday afternoon, a Friday. Nick arrived at 2 pm, unloaded his equipment, and carefully tied back a rhododendron bush adjacent to the drain cleanout. He was obviously knowledgeable about a very old jointed cast iron drain line, patiently cleared all 50 feet of it after several attempts. I questioned him about his company's ability to replace the drain next time this happens, and he answered all my questions. I will ask them for a bid when making that decision.“

“15 Sep 23 - called this plumbing company because our toilet in our bedroom was making a lot of noise every time you flush it. They said they would send a plumber around noon to fix it. Sure enough the plumber called to tell us that he was on his way to our house and arrived on time. It did not take him long to replace the valve inside the toilet. “We live outside Jacksonville in a rural area. We opted to use Starlink as it provides much faster internet than what conventional dish providers were offering. However, our house is surrounded by tall trees and we needed the Starlink dish installed on a pole mounted on the chimney. It's a fairly steeply inclined roof so whoever installed the system would have to mount the antenna connection, run the Starlink ethernet cable inside conduit down the house, and then run the cable inside the house to the router. Zack and Cody from Accurate Electrical Solutions did a great install job. They were professional, working up solutions for unexpected problems we encountered and stayed focused on the job. Although it was hot outside, Cody was up on the roof almost the entire time, doing a great install job on the antenna mount and installing the Starlink dish. They also installed an electrical ground for the system protecting it from static charge build up common with Starlink dish systems.I would highly recommend these folks for anyone considering installing Starlink in the area. We were at a disadvantage trying to manage the project from California with no one living in the home, but Kim was prompt and professional, showed up when he promised and left everything looking and working perfectly.
