All techs have been extremely polite. Tristan in rodent control is exemplary. All but 1 person in the office are also very friendly & professional. I’m very happy with PPC & highly recommend them. Me finding insects is very uncommon since their first visit. The only rodent I’ve had since their first visit was in my chicken coop. They tell you up front that they don’t service that area. The rat is gone however.

He showed up on time, was knowledgeable, and answered a few questions I had. He did a great job here spraying out any carpenter ants and other insects. You guys come out every three months, and I have no more problems with unwanted insects - Thanks so much.

Crystal came out today to do my 3 month service. We just started getting those summer bugs crawling around and it was the perfect time for them to come out. I've been using their service for two years now and I am looking forward to having a bugless, especially spiderless, summer. Crystal was extremely professional, thorough, quick, and kind.
