Lance worked steadily, using information on the internet to learn about my specific model (which was different than ones he’d worked on before). He was able to take apart an enclosed portion of the unit, identify the reason for the leak, and stop its progress. Job well done and much appreciated!“

I was disappointed that Servpro was not able to do the reconstruction and upset that the office did not tell me this until very late in the process. This caused a serious delay finding people to do the repairs. Also, they have yet to provide me with the identification of the flooring so that it could be matched to the rest of the house as they had said they would.The work crew would get 5 stars.
