“Jesse Silva and Jesse Meadows did a great job of sheet rock repair, texturing and painting on an extremely difficult project at our home. We sustained significant water damage in 2+ rooms of our home in Ashland, OR. Once the project managers could get the restoration effort coordinated, the two Jesse's showed up and went to work. The sheetrock/wall board part was challenging; however, the texturing and painting was extremely difficult. Jesse Silva spent a lot of effort to make sure the paint match was spot on--including solving a mystery at the Sherwin-Williams paint supplier. The paint store had made a mistake in the color formulation despite the fact that they were given the correct formula. Jesse Silva's diligence in double checking and triple checking the process solved the mystery. They were meticulous in their work, including the repair process and the painting. Fantastic job--kudos!”

“Water damage resulted in ruined floor and mold growth. Bre and Chris were brilliant deconstructing and cleaning. They worked very hard for long hours in very hot conditions. I was disappointed that Servpro was not able to do the reconstruction and upset that the office did not tell me this until very late in the process. This caused a serious delay finding people to do the repairs. Also, they have yet to provide me with the identification of the flooring so that it could be matched to the rest of the house as they had said they would.The work crew would get 5 stars. The office personnel were also very courteous and prompt. Management would get 1to 2 stars for their performance. They do hire good people.Service: Water damage-related mold removal”
