Very professional. I received a prompt response for scheduling an appointment - less than a week out, which actually gave me time to prepare. There were follow-ups and confirmations. On the day of service I received notification that the tech. would be there, then another to say Derick was on his way and would arrive within 30 minutes. He did. He very quickly got on with the job, made a big difference to the carpets, especially to the heavy traffic areas, and headed off to his next assignment. A job well done! Thank you.

We moved out of our apartment and needed the carpets cleaned. Everyone was wonderful during the whole process. Julia (I'm pretty sure that was her name) was fantastic on the phone for scheduling. We were able to get everything scheduled and cleaned within two days. Amazing communication when they were able to get to the apartment sooner than quoted! I definitely recommend for any carpet cleaning needs!
