Oh my goodness! There IS such a thing as a "carpet whisperer" and I found him: Aaron, the owner of New View. Ours was a dire situation: about a week before closing on the sale of a house, our dog had an attack of nerves and defecated on our fine wool carpeting in the largest room in the house. In four separate areas. Diarrhea--liquid poop. It was a nightmare. We observed how little a difference our best efforts were yielding. Then came Aaron & company! He gave us hope, but no guarantees. But, he took it on as if it were HIS problem, and that made all the difference. He cleaned for hours and then made a return visit and cleaned some more. Bottom line? Everything was explained clearly in our initial discussion. The representative showed up a bit before the the expected starting time, and did an excelelnt job using four different treatments. We plan to use this service in the fututre.Service: General carpet cleaning

From New View Carpet Cleaning

We primarily use Hot Water Extraction for residential carpets. This is the recommended method by most of the carpet manufacturers. We clean carpets with TACT. There are four necessary elements required to achieve cleaning efficiency. If you use less of one, you must increase the others to realize the same results.
