I LOVE this vet clinic! I was looking to get a health certificate for my dog for international travel and no one in medford oregon really does it the way West Main Animal Hospital does. When I found out the last vet I booked an appointment with was indeed NoT accredited to get the Health certificate ... I called everyone and West main animal Hospital came in and saved the day! When I called them they said they were booked! Oh no !! " ... I HAVE to bring my dog to Italy with me for 3 months"... long story short .. we are at the airport now ready for our adventure! New to town, I was anxious to find good veterinary care for my cats. My petsitter recommended W Main AH to me so I made an appointment for my senior kitty. As they are so busy like all vets, I waited 2 weeks to see a doctor. When I entered, I found the clinic to be clean and well-organized and was greeted right away by the friendly receptionist who promptly checked us in and showed us to an exam room off the waiting area. My cat is deaf which is good because the noise coming from behind the door to the clinic area was loud with voices and barking dogs. I noted this as my other cats would be upset by this. From the moment I made the first telephone call I felt special. I had not been to West Main Animal Hospital before. They were able to fit me and my kitty in the first day. The Doctor was thorough with the examination. She gave her diagnosis and recommendations. My kitty did end up having surgery. The after surgery care was amazing. I received an inquiry text from them. After I responded I received a phone call and was seen again the day after surgery. I've never had this much care from my previous Vet. I actually received a thorough written report from the Vet. My kitty George is doing great.
