Friendly staff and professional care. Outstanding!
There was a problem with the new office software. My hygienist tried several times and asked other staff for help but decided to get photos of my teeth at the next appointment. No problem with me and everyone there is extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional.
This is an excellent practice. They use all the best of the latest tech and clearly explain why they use it and how it works. They offer an extremely reasonable insurance option - beating plans from big insurers, which I researched - that my family is enrolled in. In addition to having my aging teeth treated with care and precision, everyone in the office is genuinely warm and extremely competent. Also, the practice has the equivalent of a therapy dog - Rosie - who is a calming, sweet presence. I swear l look forward to my appointments partly because of her. Thank you everyone at Botsford for my wonderful dental health.
