From the moment I made my first appointment, everyone was so kind, and very welcoming, getting to know me as a person as well as a patient. It’s been years since I’ve had dental care and I never once felt any embarrassment or shame. Everyone in the office made me feel hopeful about my oral health moving forward. I cannot thank Dr. Botsford and the entire staff at Botsford Dental enough!
I hadn’t been to the dentist in over a decade. When I came to see Dr. Botsford for a toothache, the experience was an absolute relief. I was seen promptly, and treated immediately. Costs were transparent and fair. His staff was warm, and assuring.
My 3 boys and I love coming here! Everyone from the front office to the back to Dr. Botsford are so friendly, nice and laid back. They listen to your concerns and remember them each time you come in. I have boys ages 10-16 and they all feel very comfortable at their visits. If you want a place that knows your name, remembers your face and listens to your needs you should go see Dr. Botsford and his team.
