I went to the location on a whim for a quick trim, and was delighted they were able to accept me as a walk-in. I was able to get my hair trimmed with Pam. I originally came in to get an accident fixed from my last cut, and the experience was amazing. The manager and Ack were super accommodating and quick to help. This is the friendliest, professional barbershop I've been to in a while. 100% better than The Line up barbershop on Reynolds rd, where James Wright would rudely walk you out of his chair. The staff here at Cutting Edge are friends, and you could tell by the way they interact. They even make you one too. Jackie, James and Junior are the "A" Team, or should I say "J" team!

I'm disappointed she has been opened for six years and this is my first time hearing about her!! This is my first facial in 3 years. As soon as you walk in she greets you and the environment is inviting, warm, clean, and the music brings it all together. She ask you your concerns. Then she takes you to the area where she does her AMAZING work and it's so calm in there. She has a massage chair where you sit to get your facials done and on top of that you get a shoulder and neck massage!! Like you can't beat that!! As she gives you your facial she explains every steps and make sure your comfortable every time. I don't know how I haven't heard of SeaDreamz but she definitely made a LOYAL customer out of me and I'll be bringing my 16 year old daughter to get her facials done as well. I will be trying out her other services as well, so if you haven't tried her out yet, then you definitely missing out on the best in Toledo, OH. DON'T LET ME FORGET ABOUT THE PRICE!! It's so reasonable like I couldn't believe everything I received for the price I paid.

Went in yesterday for my third tattoo by my third different artist. I can confidently say I will not be going anywhere else. Jacob Litz is the man! Got a really cool cover up tattoo here by Kara. My first time getting a cover up and having freehand done, and it was such a cool experience! She is personable and friendly, as well as being a talented and varied artist with distinctive colors. The studio itself is bright, welcoming, clean, and comfortable. That experience was stellar.
My only critique is that their booking system seems to have some issues I’d hope they address. I booked an appointment in April for a month later, only to have it cancelled the day before as the date shouldn’t have been available on the booking site. They sent out a confirmation email two days prior which I did confirm, so not sure what information is going where. We rescheduled the appointment but unfortunately that fell through on their end too, so ultimately the appointment had to be cancelled, though they did kindly refund me the deposit.
I hope Ink & Iron is able to fix these kinds of errors in the website in future, as it was a huge bummer to lose out on a tattoo I was excited for just because the booking site made a mistake.
Jess did my anti eyebrow piercing for me and service was absolutely amazing!! The piercing itself turned out perfect and she even let me pick my own jewelry! Would absolutely recommend this place to anybody looking to get a piercing done!

Today I had Rotor Master come out to give me a free estimate and fix our washer drain. They sent Hunter and Jeremy out to take a look and fix my problem. They called prior to arrival, when they arrive they asked the questions and took a look. They were very professional and worked well together. It turned out to be more work then I thought. When finished they test it until I was satisfied. They did a great job. I would recommend them to my friends and family, and ask for them if needed in the future. For two young guys under 25 years of age they me feel good about the company.

My wife and I had Rooter Man out last year for an issue with our toilet and they were great so we knew who to call when our main sewer line became clogged. They were able to come out same day and fix the clog. Ryan was super friendly and explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He even cleaned up after and gave us advice for the future. Once again Rooter Man proved that they are a great company with fair pricing and amazing employees!
My toilet had become clogged and no amount of plunging would clear it. I have used T&J in the past, so I gave them a call first thing this morning (8ish) and they were at my place about 10:45. They listened to my explanation and checked the things they needed to check; then they explained my options to me very clearly. I asked a question and expressed my concerns, which they addressed. I gave them the go ahead and they were done in a few minutes with just snaking the line. They put everything back together and cleaned up. The price range estimate was 265 to 365 and thankfully, the job came in on the low end. Hopefully, I won't have to call them for several more years. I would recommend these guys to anyone needed plumbing service.
I had a pretty serious sewage issue. These guys came out right away. Told me what was causing the blockage. Everything was speedy and pretty efficient from start to finished. They made it very smooth for me. Which is nice because the insurance process is a pain already. They even did a little extra work which I appreciate because it would have taken me forever with a shovel.
Just want to reply to comment made two weeks ago. There is a difference between the electrical contractors and a delivery truck driver that decides to take a quick nap on his lunch.
James was great. I submitted a request for a quote via our local directory for an appointment to examine a circuit breaker that kept tripping when we turned on a lamp in our living room. James called me within a couple of hours to get some more details and a picture of the breaker box and texted me a detailed quote shortly after. So I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning. -- he was prompt and very friendly, appeared to be very thorough in his examination of the box and the outlets (he got my money's worth out of the hourly fee), and explained what he thought the issue was and the potential fixes. I took his suggestion, and so far, so good! I highly recommend James and his team!

Floorcraft Designs has a loyal customer for life! We found ourselves 30+ days into a large refinishing hardwood floors project with another contractor; it was not going well, and looked very bad. Our home was built in 1936 and has lovely floors. Michael walked through our front door and professionally examined the state of the floors, he let us point out things to him, he did not bash anyone, he made eye contact, he expressed empathy, he offered to serve us in any way we needed; whether it was a written professional opinion of the job from the current contractor, or getting the job himself. He confidently promised us beautiful floors, should we decide to hire his company to make the situation right. We made the decision to hire Floorcraft Designs to start over on our project from the beginning [side note: if you have ever lived through having your floors sanded and refinished, you know this was not an easy decision!] Michael worked us into their very packed schedule. Then, John showed up, as promised, and worked so very hard for three weeks. Due to working us in, John had to work some late nights and/or weekends. Each time, he communicated his timing and asked if that would be OK for us. He was so professional, respectful, kind, trustworthy, meticulous, and, above all, he held so much pride in his work. The outcome? Our floors are gorgeous. Stunning. Perfect. Please save yourself the hassle of working with another contractor. Oh, and since I have the unique perspective of comparison ...and this is pretty important ... the sanding and staining process done by Floorcraft Designs was BY A MILE less dusty, more clean, and, had much less harmful fumes than the other company. If you want your floors done right, in a timely manner, by a company with customer satisfaction as a very high company value ... Floorcraft Designs is the only place you need to look. We bought our acrylic tub from New Bath approximately eight years ago. Justin was our installer, and he did a fantastic job. About a month ago we noticed some dark spots on the tub approximately seven or eight spots we thought was something to do with the acrylic messing up. I tried cleaning them and they would not go away. We called new Bath, and they got a hold of Justin, and he called immediately and came the next day. He said it looked like we had spilled something on there, but it was not an acrylic problem. He had some cleaner he used and it took just a few minutes, and it was just like new. Justin was informative and polite. I highly recommend Justin for any job you need done. Thank you

Dr. Hebeka is amazing. He’s kind..fast.. and thorough. His bedside manner is top notch! I had a root canal done and I felt no pain whatsoever and 8 hours later I still feel no pain. His assistant, Diana (sweetest ever) made sure I had a pillow for a shoulder injury I’ve been dealing with. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to lay flat. No issues at all.. they both made sure I felt no discomfort. This level of care is how every dentist office should strive for…Sadly that’s not always the case. I’ll be going back soon to get my teeth healthy.

I've been seeing the Breymaier Family Dentists for several years now. They have always been extremely nice and helpful. They make sure you know exactly what's going on with your teeth and discuss the recommendations with you, making sure your decision is the best fit for you. Their prices are fairly reasonable as long as you have decent insurance. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
This place is the best from customer service, dental work itself, transparency, cost and full experience was great.
I went there for root canal and they educated me on better to extract, the whole thing took 15 min to extract a wisdom tooth.

Definitely had a pleasant experience. Came in all banged up and about 90% of my kinks were all worked out and hopefully not needed, but if so will 1000% use their services again, as well as send referrals their way. Not to mention the they’re all good lookers too.
They're very flexible with fitting in last minute appointments, and the chiropractor isn't pushy. He tells me to call when I need in again instead of most chiropractors who push patients to go in weekly for months.
I recently hurt my left ribs from shoveling snow. I thought it was pulled muscles, but they wouldn't heal for weeks. This chiropractor fit me in the next day and adjusted a dislocated rib head. The relief was immediate! I'll never see another chiropractor! This guy is legit!

Dr bart is a awesome vet to bad he had to join a corporation. I am not very happy had to have my pet put down the med thay gave made my dog cry in pain because the meds were keeping it in fridge so ask u would u like to have a shot that is cold will it not hurt yes it hurts

It’s been almost a year since Ziggy could go for a walk because of his luxating patella, but he’s finally back at it for the first time today thanks to Dr. Brown! I was extremely nervous for him to undergo surgery since he’s 10 years old, but all of the staff at Shoreland were phenomenal. I’m very picky about who takes care of my baby and haven’t been very impressed with other animal hospitals or vets, but I give Shoreland an 11 out of 10!! Thank you for fixing Ziggy! He’s such a happy dog now!

I have never had a bad experience in all the years I have taken my dogs and cats to Hartman's starting back before Dr Myers was even there. Dr Myers and his staff have always been kind to our pets and to us and provided excellent care. I have even been able to contact them when on vacation to send records and or advice if we had problems on the road. I can't say enough about how much they have helped us with our pets from the time of that first visit when they were babies until the last one when we had to say good-bye. We appreciate the continued care from Dr Myers and the staff that have to be experiencing a lot of stress caring for our pets especially when no more can be done to prolong their lives.

Great place to stop in for a quick nail trim and grind. The manager has always been friendly and smiles. The dogs are treated very well and seem happy every time I go in. They are open Tuesday through Saturday 7:00 to 3:00, and are closed Sundays and Mondays. Definitely call ahead to make an appointment if you need more done than a nail trim.
I have been with this location a little over 2 years, since my baby was 4 months old. Been through 3 owner transitions, been pleased with all.. Jill did an amazing job with my extremely anxious medium golden doodle. Ralph is a rescue who has had some unknown trauma before adoption-he was extremely matted and uncomfortable and Jill was patient and talked to him the whole time- she works very quickly and was able to remove the whole itch mess. I love that she does one dog at a time- she doesn’t have dogs sitting in crates waiting to be cleaned, cut, or tried. She is a comfort groomer and cares more about the dogs then the money. Tip her well - she earns it . I am so grateful for her service.??❤️
I just want to take a moment to thank Paige at A Doggie Doo Toledo for a job well done. Our last groomer recently retired and today was our first appointment with a new groomer and new location. I’m typically leary of new places but so far I’m really glad I gave a doggie doo a chance. I’m happy with my dogs results and the time frame of the service provided. I liked Paige and I will try and stick with the same groomer for all future appointments because that will allows a new relationship to build which always makes my dog more comfortable because she don't like being left anywhere. I appreciate the great service and kindness of all the staff that I came in contact with so far.

The great thing about In touch is that because my doctor wrote me a prescription for a massage (due to work related stress/muscle spasms), they are able to give me a receipt for my FSA reimbursement. I used to have knots in my shoulders and back as well as tension headaches, but the massages have really helped to relieve the pain. I've gotten massages here from both Sally and Dawn. They each have their own style- I feel like Dawn is a bit more comprehensive and Sally is more localized. (ie if your problem is in your back, Sally focuses on that area whereas Dawn focuses on the entire body.) Both are very good and relaxing. Note: Dawn is only available in Toledo on Thursdays. Also, they don't take credit card so bring your check book.

Wonderful Physical Therapy. Very detailed in body parts, touch points and pain. They also have pool therapy across the street that they use. If I ever need therapy again I will always come to them.

Please read the reviews before you decide to use this school. Nothing but issues with the class dates and them changing them because instructors kept calling off. We showed up for one class to be asked oh you're here for class? It was cancelled, we forgot to call you. Then they ran us to get a class rescheduled. Now we have been waiting for a month to get the driving part done only to be told "You're on the list" with no time frame that we will get finished. Its been very frustrating.Update -They have been communicative and helpful and have reached out to apologize and make things right. I do appreciate their effort in making things right and moving forward with getting schedule. Jamie who reached out was very friendly and willing to help. I do have to add that it shows alot that a business does monitor their reviews and reach out to customers to discuss and make things right
Second attempt trying to participate in this company’s remedial course after being turned away for “not having enough people to continue with the class”. Finally sitting in a class of 6 people, we were all strongly instructed to participate and be interactive in the class to help the day go by faster. While the class was asking the instructor to explain one of the lessons that was going to be on the exam (since we were there to fully understand and take away something from the course) a lady (was denied several times to what her name was) who had been extremely full of attitude from the start had rushed out of a side room, and tried to make the whole class leave in a screaming manner. After the whole class was confused and taken by shock - a 41 year old man spoke up, who was there after working a 12 hour overnight shift was demanded to leave. Next, after not saying a word I was then demanded to leave because I “looked like I had an attitude” meanwhile we were being screamed at and I wasn’t saying anything in the first place. Also a man who previously had taken the course came in to have his certificate fixed since it was filled out wrong and couldn’t move further in his DL process with the BMV. The instructor was rude on top of lying to the man about the woman not being there to fix it, on top of him saying it wasn’t their fault - it was his. Flat out lie, she was there and completely not his fault in anyway. I am in complete shock and extremely enraged after this being the second time trying to complete this course. As a mother of two, obviously without a license, this isn’t the easiest task to arrange. Do NOT waste your time on this company for they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never seen anything like this. Never in my life have I been shouted at and treated with such delusional disrespect. I will be reporting this company further for its disgusting behavior. I hope no one has to experience anything like this in the future.
