Even though our ponds were outside of Aquapond's service area, Shawn listened carefully to our issue, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious providing information and suggestions on how to resolve our pond management issues. Very impressed.

Shawn the Owner is an Honest straight forward person who genuinely cares that you don't waste your time and money on products and companies that don't have your best interest. I went through several other chemicals and companies for the previous 4 years only to find that I ended up spending more money in the end.
