“Great with 1 problem. I have been using Target Optical for years. I recently changed insurance to Cigna (medicare age) and stopped in to check on the insurance. Brandy told me Target doesn't belong to their network anymore. She told me to call them if I wanted to check. When I asked her "what was the last date I got glasses here?", she huffed and acted like I was putting her out. I did check and Cigna told me there had been no changes and Target was in their "network". I went back to Target and spoke with Marilyn, whom I have delt with many times, and she went on the computer and then called to verify the insurance. My lenses were fully covered. I would absolutely recommend Target Optical, but avoid Brandy!“
