Hot Room Toledo is a great studio with friendly staff and comfortable class sizes. The clean and spacious locker rooms provide ample space for personal belongings. This studio offers hot yoga and inferno hot pilates classes that help students strengthen their practice and feel great inside and out. The positive and supportive environment has created a sense of community among its clients, who appreciate the knowledgeable and motivating instructors. Overall, Hot Room Toledo has made a significant impact on its clients' lives, fostering a love for fitness and health.
Great studio, very friendly staff, class sizes are great you don't feel like you are going to trip over anyone. The locker rooms are clean and with enough space for everyone to put stuff up.
For the past year I have been attending hot yoga and inferno hot pilates classes and loved every class and the way I felt inside and out!! I recently moved away and have gone to a few different hot yoga and pilates classes and nothing compares to Hot Room Toledo. It’s a very comfortable and positive space with great staff that helps you strengthen in your practice each class. I can’t wait to come back home to Hot Room for a good workout and ice cold lavender towel at the end of class.
I started coming to HRT in January of 2023 after 2 years of telling my friends I didn't want to. I have been absolutely hooked ever since. HRT gave me a sense of community, strength, and kindness. It has completely changed my life, and brought back my love for fitness and health. I have a few shout-outs to give:- Martha: you angel, you. Incredible instructor, even better human being.- Emily Horney: very knowledgeable and motivating- Angie: I call her the tall, tanned, toned goddess. You can look at her and know she knows what she's doing- Demi: love her leg and glute classes so so much!!Thanks you HRT for creating the atmosphere you have. It has changed lives!
