The team did an amazing job. Very professional, respectful of our home and time. The carpets are more soft after this cleaning than prior which tells me the other company used way too much soap. They are cleaning up nicely and have better color. Will use again.
Steamex-Eastern of Toledo is the BEST carpet cleaning company that we've had. From the interaction with the office staff scheduling to the carpet cleaning itself, everything has been great. Professional, caring, personable and they do excellent work. Highly recommend Blake and the other techs.
Charlie at Steamex did an awesome job on my carpet. He was so polite and wanted to make sure I was happy with his job. I had asked to have owner clean my carpet…. But Charlie did not miss a beat! I will definitely use them and Charlie again. I am also referring friends to this company and especially Charlie.
Very happy customer
