“Shea does a great therapeutic massage. I go when I am in pain and a couple of days later the pain is so much less intense, probably by 80%. She is so knowlegable with what muscles need to be released to make this happen. She listens to your concerns, pressure preferences and fully concentrates on what you say. She's very communicative to make sure you are comfortable throughout the appointment. I have lived in chronic pain for almost 20 years, so firmer pressure is great for me, but I am confident that if you wanted a softer touch for a relaxation massage she would be excellent as well.“

“I’m new to getting massages done outside of sports, so I went into this not knowing what to expect. My first appt was with Carly and she was amazing and kind. My second appt was with Christy (wanting to try out another therapist just to find the right fit for my pain points) and she was also great, just in a different way. Carly was gentle yet firm and Christy had no problem really digging in to very painful areas. I really enjoyed both of my massages so I will most likely be going back and forth between them depending on my needs for that week. All of the staff are very kind that I’ve interacted with and explained things to me well. I also appreciate not being forced into conversation, I prefer to just close my eyes and relax and I appreciate the “temperature check” at the beginning of sessions. If you want the real Nuru experience, do not just walk in—you’ll only get the basic service. Book ahead like I did the second time. The first visit taught me the hard way. Got my booking code from her, paid smoothly through Cash App, and everything stayed super discreet. When I showed up with the code, they took me straight to the room. Liyana is gorgeous with an incredible body. Her massage melted the tension out of my shoulders and neck. Then she delivered exactly what we discussed—top-tier service from start to finish.
