I started coming here after I moved to St James due to close proximity and Gracie has made the switch worthwhile! She does a great job every time, is very welcoming, easy to talk to (also reads the vibe if you’re too tired to chat) and super helpful if your between color choices or ideas. She is very professional, cleanly, and kind. 10/10 experience
I’ve been seeing Heba for years and have never left unsatisfied. Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She cares about her work and clients and her services reflect just that! I’ve been doing luminary builder gel for about a year now and NOT ONCE have I broken a nail. Retention and quality is insanely impressive.
I love the place itself! Very nice set up with quality pedicure chairs and tubs that I'm kind of obsessed with. Only been here a couple of times. The first time was a little questionable as I felt unheard my by nail tech. (This was years ago and I'm pretty sure she's not there anymore so kind of irrelevant). This time around I wanted to set up a mani/pedi for my baby shower as I had a gift card to use. Each time I called asking for time changes (to try and accommodate all parties) they were super nice and understanding, and thankfully being a week day, they were able to move things around. My nail tech was super sweet and did a pretty good job overall, especially with the pedicure ++ my gel nails stayed on the longest they ever have and she was really good about making sure the polish wasn't too thick. My only concerns: The manicure seemed rushed, no water was used to help with cuticle removal (which I thought was odd), and she wasn't very personable.
