The Yin/Sound Bath class was amazing. That was the first time that I have done both Yin and Sound Bath and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also noticed a remarkable difference in the way that I felt the next day - much more clear headed and focused. I'm plan to attend more classes!

I started Toledo Yoga with 30 for 30 deal. Everyone was so welcoming, warm and friendly. Over the 30 days, I feel I have become part of their family and enjoy their classes. I now have a unlimited monthly membership and so excited to continue my journey with Toledo Yoga.

Toledo Yoga is a great community yoga hub. There is lots of variety in the types of classes. They have many classes at varied times throughout the week so I can always find classes to fit into my busy schedule l. The teachers are welcoming, encouraging and always respectful.
