had an appointment awhile back. sat outside for over an hour waiting. finally got a message back saying " I might have covid I got tested 3 days ago." never once tried to contact me and tell me. I was told I'd get rescheduled. over a month later and still nothing. I'll go elsewhere.

Guy with grey beard is really bad at piercings noses, went back a total of 4 times untill it completely came out and he was very rude and not helpful I asked to speak to management he said the owner fled to Texas till August. Save your $40 bucks go somewhere else.

Told us we could do a walk-in. The three of us wanted quarter sized tattoos that would literally take 5 mins each. As we walked in the guy said “are you guys the ones who called ahead... well as you can see I’m kinda busy now.” Great price poor service
