“Margie and her team restored my grandfather's home to its former glory. After my grandmother's passing, there was an accumulation of decades of possessions that needed to be hauled away, and the house needed deep cleaning as age and mobility issues affected the home's condition over the years. The house received a thorough sanitization and cleaning from top to bottom including basement and garage. Margie sourced a new mattress for my grandfather, and connected me with a local exterminator for a rodent problem. The team painstakingly boxed my grandmother's possessions and transported them to a storage facility at my request so that out-of-town family can have the opportunity to claim memorabilia as they visit. They checked under the carpet and discovered beautiful hardwoods - hauled the carpet away allowing me to hire out floor restoration ASAP. Margie and team not only cleaned and hauled away; they staged the house using the decorative linens and elegant curtains handmade by my grandmother so that it looks like a beautiful dollhouse.I hired Margie and team again 6 months later to swap furniture from the living room to the den and vice versa, and she managed to fit in a touch-up deep clean with the schedule being booked out months in advance. The cleaning service has helped revitalize my grandpa in the wake of losing his beloved wife. He looks around the house and marvels, and says he feels that she is all around him with all of her decorating touches being displayed once again. He enjoys having guests visit again.I was able to manage all of this from my home in Washington state with my grandfather and grieving cousin remaining in place in the home, thanks to Margie's professionalism -- part cleaning expert/part psychologist -- and excellent communication with me at key points of the cleaning service process.
