I've been meaning to post a review since Doug with Stoll came out a couple of weeks ago to steam clean our loveseat and sofa. Our 4 year old oatmeal color furniture looks amazing again. Doug took great care with the cleaning of the upholstery and several darkened spots. We very much appreciated his work.
Took my 8x10 rug to get cleaned. First was $40 cheaper than the original quote they gave me. Got the rug back and it still smelled like dog. Called them, they came and got the rug, cleaned it 2 more times and sanitized it (all free) and dropped it back off to me. We’re very apologetic. And it smells great now! They made a simple mistake and were very kind about getting it fixed making things right! WOULD RECOMMEND STOLLS off their customer service alone!
