I used Stoll 4 years ago and experience was 100%. Called them this year and we did have a hiccup with scheduling, as well as some phone tag, but at the end of the day, all staff are kind, caring people who care about their customers and will jump through hoops to see that you're satisfied . I will continue to use Stoll for all my cleaning needs.

These folks take such good care of our best friends carpet, and be yond that, are so very very compassionate. Their dog hemmoraged and bled all over their carpet. They came out right away, cleaned everything up perfectly.... And then said, you have been such good customers for years, that we wont charge anything other than our normal fee. What can you say in the way of a recommendation beyond that?

We brought several rugs in to be resized to lay as carpet in our basement. They were understanding of the work needed to be done which included cutting and surge seaming the ends. The work was quick and reasonable on price. We had 2 rugs that ended up being incorrect and they took care of the mistake no problem. Highly recommend.
