Musical Instruments & Teachers in Toledo picked by BestProsInTown
“My son performed electric guitar at the December 13 Student Showcase. Daniel H. has been Ryan's teacher for three years. Daniel accompanied Ryan on acoustic guitar and sang, which helped Ryan's nerves. Dan has been a wonderful teacher and all his students that night performed beautifully. We enjoyed this year's Showcase!”
“We have been customers of Rettig for quite a while. We have always been pleased with the customer service and the quality of the repairs for our instruments (tenor sax and trombone)
Recently the Toledo store went above and beyond for a problem with our son's saxophone. Not only did they communicate well and give us two repair options with quotes, but they also went out of their way to coordinate and follow-up with the Defiance location to get his instrument repaired and back to us in time for his outdoor concert! Great staff and business!! Thank you Rettig Music!”
“I visited Music Go Round Toledo looking for a specific item and ended up having a great experience. Daniel greeted me as soon as I walked in and was helpful without hovering. I liked that he let me browse without checking in too often.
When I had questions, he answered them clearly and was friendly about it. He knew his stuff and made the conversation feel natural.
What impressed me most was that he helped me find another item I was planning to buy on Amazon, and I’m glad I bought it there instead.
Good customer service really matters, and I have no complaints.”
