Built with Sean Patrick Builders about a year ago and we couldn't be happier. The details in Sean's craftmanship and Mallory's attention to detail with lighting, fixtures, and decor is unmatched. If we had to do it again we would definatley choose SPB.

I called to inquire about the cost to build with them and got so much more than expected. Sean was patient and broke everything down with me over the phone including all that went into the pricing. He even went as far as offering to walk us through one of his current builds. He was very friendly as well. These traits shouldn't surprise us, but in today's rush society it is nice to know that someone values customer service. I look forward to working with Sean Patrick Builders in the future.

I have known Sean for years and contracted with him to finish our basement after buying our home in Ottawa Hills, OH. Sean's work ethic, drive and sense of design and style turned our dungy, uninviting basement into a bright and inviting space. It's so comfortable that when some of our adult children come home, their preference is to stay in that space.I trust Sean and would definitely recommend him for any new or remodeling project large to small.
