These people knew and understood my concerns right away about Astro. They did not dismiss me, they listened to me. Astro bites blow dryers, dremels, literally anythingotorized he tries attacking. His previous groomer we took him to did not bother to listen to me and then acted surprised and shocked when she had to call it quits because she 'couldnt handle him' and didn't even blow his coat out or properly trim his grinch feet and nails. I'll be bringing Astro back here every 4 weeks per their recommendations so they can continue to work with him. He did not have a good start on life, all I can do is work on the aftermath. There was an incident with our TWC resulting in a bite injury. We were immediately informed upon arrival. Needless to say I was very upset. The owner reached out to me directly. She was kind and professional explaining to me that it can happen from time to time. We agreed on a solution and I felt her sincerity for my dog. Thank you and I'm sure Remi will heal quickly!
I just want to take a moment to thank Paige at A Doggie Doo Toledo for a job well done. Our last groomer recently retired and today was our first appointment with a new groomer and new location. I’m typically leary of new places but so far I’m really glad I gave a doggie doo a chance. I’m happy with my dogs results and the time frame of the service provided. I liked Paige and I will try and stick with the same groomer for all future appointments because that will allows a new relationship to build which always makes my dog more comfortable because she don't like being left anywhere.
