Originally when you called and asked for an estimate you stated that you were the owner of the house. While George was out measuring the roof, the neighbor arrived and asked what we were doing. When he stated that the owner Earl Smith wanted an estimate, we were informed you are not the owner.We only work directly with the homeowners: if you would have given us this information first, we would not have had any problems.Thank you,“

“Our condo association worked directly with Tyler Holt for roofing that we had done last year. He came out and gave us an estimate of cost along with an idea of timing for the installation. He was right on with his estimate. What I liked about working with Tyler was he gives you the details so you know what to expect, it so nice to work with such a honest and helpful person. We also had a courtyard that needed new eaves and downspouts. He gave us the estimate and the timing that would be involved in ordering and installing. Once again everything went well with the job. I have also worked with the office personnel and there are three great ladies in the office – I get awesome service from them. If I needed an answer on something from Tyler – they get it for me. Overall, Holt Roofing is a well-run operation from my experiences with the company. Keep up the great work!!“

“I had damage to the side of my home from a tree branch falling on my roof but it damaged the side of my home and pulled the electrical wires away from the house. I offered my business to 3 companies on the BBB site and this was the only company that actually came out checked the damage and quoted the job. The job required siding repair and an electrical contractor. I requested them to oversee the entire job and I am so very happy with the service I received. They coordinated the repairs with the electrical contractor and repaired the side of my home and it looks Fantastic. I have not one complaint, they were very professional and everything is up to code. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage“
