If you need an excellent massage therapist please look up Paula. In two sessions she has increased the range of motion in my neck and the pain in my hip has went way down. I will recommend to anyone who needs help or just a awesome relaxing massage!
Paula does incredible work in the different modalities that she offers. She is great at evaluating what would be the best approach to help her client. I personally have had lymphatic work done by her after sharing my goals/needs and the results in days that follow & beyond have had a positive impact. She is attentive, intuitive, and really cares about the outcome of her clients with work she does. She is also so knowledgeable about different kinds of bodywork because she stays informed and her passion for it shows. She is always communicative and accommodating with scheduling too!
