Every technician that came to our house from first measurements to last installs and clean up were professional, courteous and talked to us like normal people and treated us like friends. I loved the open communication and no hesitation to call for questions or concerns we had. We were fortunate that they actually installed them right before the extreme negative temperature week that we had in January. “At the beginning of the year we got several quotes for transforming the outside of our house (roof, windows, siding and gutters). As soon as I met John Fox I knew we were going with Ohio Roofing and Siding. He’s been no-nonsense from the get-go and knows the business inside and out. They were not the cheapest quote, but by far offered the best product selection and I was able to get a nice color combo to blend with our 70’s brick. Our casement windows are fantastic, screens aren’t the best, but the windows themselves are worth the price.<br>We had what felt like a million people at our house the last several months, every one very professional and respectful. Crews took their time to do their jobs right and cleaned up after themselves. Throughout the entire process we were involved in every possible decision and if we didn’t have an answer John walked us through the options.<br>We also had a few hiccups along the way-some rotten wood, custom light mounts, etc that required extra labor and supplies, and in the end we were not charged more than our original quote. On the final walkthrough we wanted another gutter- no problem, they added another gutter the next day.<br>The house transformation is finally complete. It’s truly beautiful, quality work.<br>There’s not much left to change on this house, but we won’t hesitate to use Ohio Roofing and Siding in the future. They are 100% recommended.”
