I came in here as a walk in and had no business expecting service in the middle of the afternoon at a busy shop. Miss Crystal gave me a great cut anyway.
The staff was so friendly, my haircut was great, and the pricing was more than reasonable. Miss Crystal sized up what I needed just by looking at my hair and asking how many weeks it had been since my last cut.
I'll be back for the next one and I'll be sure to book ahead!
Honestly one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had from start to finish! They made sure i was set up with the right person for my 10 year olds hair. Great communication with the over the phone consultation. Dai'Ja was absolutely fantastic with her and did an amazing job on her hair. They made her comfortable and even though she was the one getting the service done every one made sure I was comfortable and taken care of as well. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely be going back!

Requested style: I asked for an eighth of an inch fade to about an inch and a half on top. Additionally, a beard trim faded into my side burns.
