“Best place for a cut color wax etc. elaine spent about 45 min trying to get a HUGE knot out of my daughters hair. And my daughter didn’t even shed one tear she explained to my daughter and I how to continue to get the knots out of her hair. Elaine’s the best I’ve found.“
