“My review is a couple days late but on Tuesday 7/28 I had Ross from Ace come out for a service call. He was very professional, kind explaining everything to me. So my washer is an older one but I absolutely love it and it has given me many good years. And these new ones just don’t last as long so it was worth having this one fixed. I have a newer dryer and I had to call Ace out to repair it was barely a year old if that. First off the fact that Ross called to give me an exact time of arrival was great, we’ve all had the experience of between this time and that never arriving on time. Well let me tell you the appointment time was even earlier than expected. How often does that happen? He arrives introduces himself and gets started no wasting time. Now I’m asking him all kinds of questions and he answered each one of them in detail. I’m recently widowed so for 48 years my husband handled all this and my biggest fear was that I wouldn’t understand anything that was being done. Wrong!!! Ross went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and understood clearly. Another great thing was after the estimate he wasn’t pushy, he gave me the option to think about it and asked did I have any other questions. I decided to have Ross/Ace Appliance order the parts needed and fix my beloved washer. I know it sounds odd but this machine had been very good to our family. Another thing that I was impressed with he was very clean and left no mess in my experience that’s not always the case. Parts would arrive in about 3-4 days and then they’d call me. I would highly recommend using Ace and be sure to ask for Ross even if it’s just for a service call. The price was fair and if you decide to have the work done they give you a 25% discount on that service call. Waiting to get that call and get back to washing. I’m sure all their technicians are great but if you can ask for Ross you won’t be sorry.

📌 UPDATE:
The parts came in early Sam from Ace called to inform me Ross would be out. Sure enough Ross was early again and did a great job. No mess and explained everything he was doing. I waited a couple days to update the repair because it’s always best to use whatever was fixed for a couple days before doing a review. It took a couple loads for the gear/transmission, clutch and the other things to adjust. At first it seemed louder and the towels were still wet which had me wondering but I knew all I had to do is call Ross. After those loads I waited to run a couple loads in the evening and everything seemed normal again. Again I’m assuming it was an adjustment period considered my machine had been running on old parts. Now with all the new parts so far everything is smooth. He did a great job and made sure nothing got dirty in my laundry room. Would definitely use Ace Appliance again and ask for Ross he was great. Employees like Ross are a great asset to a company and should be acknowledged. If you need an estimate or a repair give them a call and ask for Ross to come you won’t be disappointed.“
