I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy today. The receptionist was kind and helpful. My nurse, Theresa, was very kind, and able to get my IV first shot. We had some issues and I had to come back at 4:30 so my test could be done as the last procedure. Tonya took care of me in post op. She was great and made me feel comfortable. The nurses in the procedure room were great also. People are quick to complain, but I think it is important to acknowledge a great job done. Kathy B.

Kenny and his lovely assistant are phenomenal colorists. I have my hair bleach and toned regularly and the truth is it's not an easy process. A great colorist will get the color perfect, not cause you any pain and not fry your hair and Kenny and his assistant achieved this. The conversations we would have would during my colors were equal parts hilarity, philosophy and pontification and although I've moved away I look back on these colors there as some of my fondest Poughkeepsie memories tbh.

I went to the salon for a blowout before my wedding makeup and hair trial. It had been years since I had my hair done at a salon, as I usually do it myself. However, they did an amazing job, and I haven't had my hair turn out that well at a salon in a long time. This is one of the reasons why I stopped going to salons in the first place. After my hairstylist pulled out right before my wedding, someone suggested I reach out to Chelsea to see if she was available. I couldn't have lucked out more when she said she was! I really think everything happened for the best even though there was some stress around the situation.
Chelsea was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made me feel beautiful and helped talk through my vision with me, which helped us land on the perfect style! I feel so lucky to have sat in her chair and she brought the most fun energy to the morning when we were all getting ready. Her and the other hair professionals she brought with her listened to the girls needs and were super flexible if anyone had any changes they wanted. She even went beyond to move locations to do the mother's hairstyles after the bridal party was finished, since my mom has mobility issues.

Kim also gave me the most amazing eyebrows. Every single staff member is welcoming, the salon is spotless, and the vibe is pure joy. These artists listen and deliver beyond expectations. We have used D. Rohde a few times, and have always had a good experience. I have always been able to get on the schedule for the next day, and the technicians have always been very prompt, professional, and have done terrific work. Our most recent technician, Jordan, came yesterday to assess our leaking hot water heater, which needed to be replaced. He was very thorough and showed and explained everything to us. He came back today to install the water heater, and unfortunately upon pulling out the old water heater we discovered the problem was more than expected due to water damage. Jordan put me in contact with a water damage restoration service to help resolve this situation, and was still able to install the water heater so we at least could have hot water. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly, tested the water pressure in the bathrooms and made sure there were no leaks. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we appreciate all the time and work he put into this job.
Called Lance and received a call back in under 24 hours. Described the issue to him that was going on for a couple of days and he was able to come up with a solution without having to visit. Genuine, respectful and nice guy. Will definitely call again with any plumbing needs.

3 other electricians could not figure outthe problem with our light motion detector and sensor. Each time it required new parts and it still did not work. Dan an Johnny came in and replaced the GFI outlet in the back, new motion light and sensor (the last one was there for twenty years) and new light sconce on the back. They also replaced ceiling fan in upstairs bathroom, GFI light in upstairs bathroom, 3 switches and plate covers and two customer supplied light fixtures in bathroom. Another GFI outlet also had to be put in front of the condo.Everything worked beautifully including the light and motion sensor. They were very professional and neat. They deserved the 5 stars. We have also requested to Mike that we would like Johnny and Dan back when we have kitchen work done in th winter. Bravo!Services: Electrical parts assembly

I meet Nolan and his wonderful team a year ago when my sister had hardscaping done by them and I was so impressed with the expertise and professionalism with the onsite project that she had done I asked for his number and immediately Nolan called, set up an appointment to meet at my house to discuss my project. All total from start of project to finish was just about a week, I had small patio put in, a small half moon patio at the steps coming of the deck, both sides of of house landscaped with plantings and red stone installed replacing the existing mulch. Hard work in the heat of the summer but the team never stopped or gave up. It starts right at the front desk. The office manager sets the tone for the entire practice with an incredibly pleasant demeanor and absolute professionalism. She made the check-in process seamless, handled my insurance questions effortlessly, and genuinely made me feel welcome the second I walked through the door.

Doctor Castello is very kind and caring. He is very aware of how other health issues may impact your back health. He is also very accomodating with last minute appointments.
Dr. Erik is a true healer. I've had sleeping position issues lately that led to several days of extreme pain, soreness, and limited mobility. I was in agony and thought I'd need a hospital. I could barely get out of bed. In less than 20 minutes with him, I felt relief. For the first time in days, I'm not writhing in pain. I'm healing, all thanks to him.
This individual is educated, talented, sincere, kind, competent, considerate, and effective. If you need a chiropractor, I urge you to reach out to him. He's a wonderful individual and can likely help you. The facility is clean and comfortable. I cannot recommend Dr. Erik enough.

Went to see Dr. Garner for shoulder pain. He diagnosed the problem quickly; adjusted everything and I walked out feeling like a normal person again. The cost was beyond reasonable. He has a wonderful bedside manner and clear aftercare instructions. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Garner!

It's a really nice studio! They have 2 spaces, one big room used for hot yoga and a smaller room right next door. They have a nice mix of hot, yin, and other workout classes. All the teachers have been humble, kind, and knowledgable. I really appreciate the welcoming energy here. Good for beginners and experts alike.
I am an energy person and this space definitely passes my vibe check! I have only visited this place once, but I absolutely love this studio. It is a beautiful space to practice. There's ropes on the wall, which is a huge bonus to encourage our use of the ever so helpful wall. The woman who runs it is a truly magnificent teacher of skill, experience, and insight. I admire and look up to her, so I hope some day to move closer to this studio so I may enjoy coming in more frequently. :)

Where does one begin…I was introduced to Danielle and her work within the last few months and it has been life changing. My first session was very emotional for me, not unusual due to my emotional nature. Crying on the table while feeling safe and being asked if I wanted her to pause the therapy was an assurance of her empathy and connectivity to her clients. Danille is warm and soft and the Bowen therapy compliments her Spirit. The actual therapy is phenomenal and life changing in regard to having less physical pain. I don’t typically leave reviews but after having the best massage of my life, I feel compelled to. I train in martial arts and Kevin was recommended to me by a training partner after talking about all our aches and pains. Kevin has incredible technique and was able to work out deep knots that other massage therapists left behind. He is also kind, respectful, easy to schedule, and reasonable priced.

As a parent, I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for Ms. Sheila Phillips from the Rims Driving School program.
My daughter spoke very highly of Ms. Phillips throughout the entire time she was in the program. She would often come home talking about how patient, understanding, and supportive she was. As a parent, it meant a lot to me to know that she felt comfortable and encouraged while learning something as important as driving. Building confidence behind the wheel isn’t always easy, but Ms. Phillips clearly created an environment where my daughter felt safe to learn and grow.
I also had the opportunity to speak with Ms. Phillips a few times myself, and each interaction left a very positive impression. She was always kind, respectful, and professional. She communicated clearly and showed genuine care, not just as an instructor, but as someone who truly wants her students to succeed.
Seeing my daughter gain confidence and successfully pass her driving test says so much about the quality of instruction she received. Even now, she still talks about what she learned and continues to apply it, which really shows the lasting impact Ms. Phillips has on her students.
It’s clear that Ms. Phillips goes above and beyond her role. Her dedication, patience, and kindness do not go unnoticed, and I am very grateful for everything she has done.
