I cannot say enough great things about Varsity Home Service! From the initial consultation to the completion of our air conditioning installation, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly. The technicians took the time to explain the installation process, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understood our options before moving forward. They treated our home with respect, worked efficiently, and left the work area cleaner than they found it. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the pride they took in their work. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines exceptional customer service with high quality workmanship, but Varsity absolutely delivers on both. The new system is running perfectly, cooling our home better than ever and giving us peace of mind knowing the job was done right. Every person we dealt with, from the office staff to the installation team was friendly, courteous, and professional. A special thank you to Erica, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She made us feel like a priority, kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and made sure we fully understood the scope of work. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for our situation were a major reason we felt comfortable moving forward with Varsity. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable company that truly puts its customers first, I highly recommend Varsity Home Service. They have earned a customer for life. Thank you to the entire Varsity team for making this such a smooth and positive experience!
Varsity came through for our family back in October when our oil burner was leaking and after spending $500 with another company, it still wasn't fixed. Conner J. Came by, diagnosed the problem, set up a time to fix it, came when he said to do the work successfully, and then we had him back to do the annual tune up too because we were so happy with the service that we now wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you!
All the service people know their stuff! Polite, knowledgeable, clean, friendly. Had Sean F. The Plumber here today. A good experience & he went over all after:) Thx Sean F.!!!
