I can't say enough about Chris and his team. After a thorough assessment, Chris provided a fair price given the scope of the work to be done. He and his team were on time, worked efficiently and were very professional. They were well prepared to avoid damage to the lawn and showed concern for the natural habitats. They were very friendly and made the disruptive process of having 7 large, old trees cut down and hauled away not only tolerable but pleasurable. The yard is now spotlessly clean. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Dr Steve is the man! Doesn't try to sell you on anything, is totally objective and listens to concerns. He is honestly the best injector in the area. The vibes in the office are HIGH QUALITY. Scott Saso at Certinspectors was exceptional. Scott inspected a new construction home for us in Kerhonkson and he caught multiple significant issues — raising questions re siding installation that could void the manufacturer warranty, a carbon monoxide exhaust venting directly under a window, structural deck issues, and serious drainage and grading problems. He also created a very detailed punch list of cosmetics and final touches that the seller would have to address for the final walkthrough. His report was thorough, clearly written, and color-coded by urgency which made it easy to prioritize. Scott doesn’t just flag problems — he explains why they matter and suggests practical solutions. Worth every penny and could save far more in negotiations. Highly recommend for anyone buying in the Hudson Valley/Catskills area.

My morning appointment went very well. I was in the dental chair within a couple of minutes of arrival. The hygienist did a very thorough cleaning of my teeth and Dr. Evangelista followed up with an examination of my teeth, gums, and tongue. I left very satisfied and my mouth felt great.

I had a persistent drip from my bathtub faucet that another plumber attempted to repair twice but actually made worse, so I decided to get a second opinion.
I called Jill at Dolphin Plumbing who returned my call and was wonderful to speak with. She listened carefully, repeated the details back to make sure she understood the issue correctly, and scheduled John to come out.
John quickly diagnosed the issue. He needed to get the correct replacement part, so he returned for a second visit. Because I was supposed to go out of town, John and Jill were also very accommodating about my schedule and he was able to return before I left. He replaced the part and waited to ensure it was fixed, which it was!
John took the time to explain what he was doing and treated me with respect. I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. In fact, after fixing the problem he told me he wasn’t going to charge me because he felt I shouldn’t have had to go through what I experienced with the previous repair.

Alan stopped by the check up on my residential thermal solar water heater and then was able to pivot to fix another issue with a circulator pump.Through out the entire process, he explained how the system worked in a simple to understand way. Some providers can’t be bothered to explain or get uncomfortable with questions, but not him. He seems to subscribe to the philosophy that educated a customer is a happy customer, which is certainly case for me. Highly recommended!
