I cannot say enough good things about Elite Dental in Poughkeepsie. From start to finish, the entire team makes you feel valued, comfortable, and completely at ease.
It starts right at the front desk. The office manager sets the tone for the entire practice with an incredibly pleasant demeanor and absolute professionalism. She made the check-in process seamless, handled my insurance questions effortlessly, and genuinely made me feel welcome the second I walked through the door.

This place - this team - the doctors- the entire staff are beautiful human beings. I have never experienced such caring people. Thank you Dr Lewis - Dr Hashim, Kristy, Sal and (his lovely brother, and their sister or “grandmother” haha - they were all laughs and professional and soothing at the same time. The front of the house staff can’t be any better. The people who own this place are blessed to have them all and so are the patients. Thank you!
