Carpet and rug look great, any stain received extra attention and came out. Small/very pale residue of a coffee stain remained and was treated again before they left. It was more set in the carpet because I tried to use vinegar to clean it. The next morning it is even paler. We were very satisfied, we would recommend this company and would use them again.“
