“I can’t tell you how wonderful Dina is. I came from Los Angeles and needed to have my eyebrows redone. I was afraid to go to anybody in New York, because the skill level in Los Angeles is so high.I found Dina through another woman who had eyeliner done by her. I couldn’t believe that it was permanent, it perfect, and the woman told me that she had it done three years earlier. I went to Dina and she did my eyebrows. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was so happy with them. She didn’t excellent job. I loved my eyebrows so much that I actually had her do my eyeliner as well. She truly is an artist and does not just do the same thing on each person. She takes the time to make sure that they fit your face and your style. I will return to her for many years, and will get additional work done. If I could give her 10 stars I would.“
