Simon came out to replace a burned out sump pump in French drain in my basement. There was several inches of standing water in the basement. He was very professional and personable. He did a WONDERFUL job. He took the time necessary to do the job right. I would highly recommend using Roto-Rooter and if you are lucky enough to have Simon come out you'll see why. I had a great experience with Simon. He came out to replace one of my outdoor faucets and also took the time to inspect a second faucet that I thought might need to be replaced. Instead of recommending unnecessary work, he was able to repair it and save me the cost of a full replacement.

I had a sewage backup in my basement the water restoration team jumped in to help with the removal of any property that could be salvaged and removed all walls and flooring. A very overwhelming experience was made less tense Tevon & Kimarley were a pleasure to work with. I hope this never happens to you but if it does This is the company to hire to relieve some of the stress.
