Mark was very thorough with his estimate and communication about what was to be done to replace our roof and the materials that were to be used. The exact amount of materials were ordered and he has an excellent crew that did our roof in ONE day! Mark was there to supervise and make sure everything went well and with a constant eye on the job I felt very reassured. The team took great care in the removal and disposal of all old roofing shingles with NO damage to our house or property. Clean up was done very well and the crew also went around to make sure all nails were removed. All in all we were very pleased with the quality and professionalism this business has shown us. “Gkontos did an excellent job and applied top quality material. Their folds who I spoke to along the way behaved very professionally and were always courteous and clear. They worked with the material supplier to arrange for a warranty, and entered the application to secure it. The work crew came on the days that were planned and finished the work when they had committed to. When I asked for additional cleanup where there was some minor discoloration of the driveway, they did a thorough job and left it looking very good. They were relatively expensive, but I believe that the premium job and materials make it worth the cost.“
