Jen was great helping me schedule an emergency heating situation. Brian was here in less than two hours, diagnosed the problem right away, provided me options, and proceeded to get the heating system back up and running in short order. Fantastic job all around!
I called with a problem and Mr. Rooter sent Scott the next day. He was personable, capable and a plan was pleasure to work with. He resolved my sink drain problem quickly and cleaned up when done. I could not have asked for a better outcome.
Felix was amazing. Prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to unclog a major blockage in the main septic pipe; The previous day, I had another company come out and they could not unclog it after a few hours of working on it. And this other company stated that the pipe under the house was bad, and they could repair it for 6000+ dollars. Mr. Rooter came out and within a hour or two Felix fixed the problem, and the price was great. I’ll definitely be using Mr rooter for all my septic/plumbing needs. Thanks again!Kevin P.
