Alvin came to repair several items at my place. One of them was my water softener, I thought. He was honest and told me that it was working correctly and explained it to me. He was polite and easy to talk to.
He made an uncomfortable situation, comfortable. I highly recommend D Rohde and Alvin.
Thank you for always sending the best!!!

Reviews
5 stars!!! From office staff to Mike, my technician. I was “ghosted” by 2 companies that supposedly had experience, but within 2 hours, on a FRI afternoon, Mike showed up. He was professional and knowledgeable! It was not easy. He came back at 8:30am on SAT, the next day and I now have water! I am so grateful. Everyone involved was amazing! I highly recommend! Thank you!🙂
