follow up to yesterday. at 7:30am got a phone call from Linda. Somehow Tech Brian was able to channel his inner Radar O'Reilly and track down a difficult, but needed part and was enroute to finish the job. At 9:15am got a message from Brian that the job was complete and my tenant had hot water again. I have many NYC units but only a couple in the HV. This is one of the most well run companies i have ever dealt with - and it all started with the initial phone call where they took the time to ask me many questions about my system so that they got the right tech out there the first time. Many thanks again. Peace of mind is an amazing thing..
I would give them 10 stars, however the platform only allows for 5. We had a heat pump installed in our home after living here 35 years with electric base board heaters and window AC units. Now we essentially have "central air" from a unit that will be way more efficient and quiet. The installers were professional, polite, cleaned up each day after themselves and when finished walked us through the functionality of the system and how to maintain it. Could not have asked for a better experience. Our installers Lirim and Dan....amazing!
We had Felix stop by for an estimate to install a dishwasher. It Was by far the cheapest quote and the plumber was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Came back next morning at 8 am and installed it perfectly. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!
