Optique Elegance
“I have a pair of silhouette frames with progressive lenses. These are very delicate frames, not everyone can work on these, in fact, I think you need to be certified. I needed my lenses from my current frame to be transferred to a new identical frame. I did a search online and came up with Optique elegance. I made the appointment over the phone, which was very easy and accommodating. When I arrived for the appointment, I met Brion Shapiro. He is the owner. Very pleasant. He told me to come back in 45 minutes. When I did, he was ready for me. He sat me down in his chair, carefully adjusted my frames several times to ensure they sat properly on the bridge of my nose. He also ensured that I had optimal vision through the lenses. He did not have to do that. After all, I did not purchase these frames or lenses from him. His customer service is outstanding, but most importantly, his professionalism and expertise are invaluable. I and my wife will definitely be going back to him when we get our new prescriptions. Thanks Brion!!!”
Dutchess Optometry LLP
“Dutchess Optometry provided an excellent first time experience for my 2 toddlers. The staff is very welcoming and Dr. Sheedy truly has amazing patience especially trying to get my girls to focus during their eye exam after being dilated. They even went above and beyond in getting a different pair of glasses for my youngest when the original pair we ordered did not work for my 2 year old. I highly highly recommend!”
