Been going here for almost 10 years now. Started out when they were on Route 44 in the Dutchess Center plaza where K-Mart used to be and followed them now to Fowler Ave. Great barbershop, probably the best in Poughkeepsie. Totally old school in a good way. Ralph and Heinz are both great. A good hair cut every time. I don't even have to say what I want done, Ralph already knows. Been like that since my second or third visit. Love BSing about sports and gambling. Not too many places like this around anymore. Rafael's Barbershop is the real deal.
