1. Santiago's Construction is not a company is just one guy.2. He was first contracted to do a 2 weeks job but instead it took him more than 2 months (bathroom renovations).3. When we rehire him for replacing the roof, he said total 1 weekend but it took him about 1 month to waterproof (we had leaks) and its been more than 3 months and he has not come back to finish making a total CAOS as we have now animals in the attic!!! He stop answering the calls as he claims he is always on vacations!! We don't have an official contract with him, if that was the case we would look for legal action.4. I have contracted this company for general remodeling projects in various occasions. The owner is very responsible, and work is performed with great quality and at a very reasonable price. He works and supervises the work done to make sure the customer is fully satisfied.
