They are so patient and kind, being able to cut my hair and repeat questions even when I have delayed responding times. My hair has been styled a certain way for a long time, causing it to grow a certain way which will take time to get out. Still they did a wonderful job giving me what I showed in photos and I can practice styling it to lay correctly!
