We hired Javier to sand, refinish, and stain some of our wood flooring. He did an outstanding job as one can see in the attached photos. We met once with him for a quote and to go over the whole process (time frame, etc.). From the first day of the quote to the last day here, he was professional, courteous, respectful, on-time, and communicated perfectly to us. We have only positive things to say about our time with him. And look at the floors now - the results speak loudly for themselves! The man is clearly an experienced professional. We will have him back to complete the rest of our home.

First of all, Javier and his crew are amazing. He did a wonderful job installing flooring on three floors of the house. He installed engineered hardwood on top of old vinyl flooring.
He was extremely flexible and quick, while clearly being a perfectionist.
