Called Lance and received a call back in under 24 hours. Described the issue to him that was going on for a couple of days and he was able to come up with a solution without having to visit. Genuine, respectful and nice guy. Will definitely call again with any plumbing needs.
Lance came in to help after another larger plumbing company said the job was impossible to repair and we’d have to do a full replacement. Lance was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable even about vintage equipment. He worked hard and fast and now our shower is working better than it ever has.
