“While I may not really like the bathroom sink faucet that was installed(low water flow), and your prices dent my wallet------I must say that Jacob is the best. I don't know many men who work as hard as he does.
You have an excellent person on your team. I have no idea as to what he earns, but he deserves a raise. There is nothing more difficult than working on house plumbing that's over 100 years old. To make everything line up and have to cut through cast iron pipes.....then get PVC to work with the remaining old pipes is tough to do. Jacob is who I trust.“
